Change from Airlines to Bizjets

 I'd like to start a thread discussing the pro's and con's for about a change from Airlines to Bizjets

There are a lot of negatives posted around the web (pprune), so I would appreciate some positives amongst your replies. If you think its all negative though, then please do not hold back your arguments and share them with us.

What made you change your job from airlines to the bizjets? Why would you never change your current airline job?
