Well done NetJets drivers. The 98% rate is fantastic. Very often rates are at about 65-85%!!

Bonus Payments
Captains flying aircraft with GTOW 15,501 lbs. - 100,000 lbs receive an Annual Longevity Bonus on his anniversary date in the service year after the completion of his 15th service year.
This payment is also payed each subsequent year (4% of the base salary earned as an active crewmember in the previous 12 months)
BBJ Captains
They are paid according the number of years they have been in the BBJ program.
Captains with 11 or more service years receive on 21 Niovember each year a base wageincrease of 2.5% or COLA, whichever is less.

Holiday Premium
If on duty on one of the designated holidays a premium will be paid.
The designated holidays are: New Years Day; Martin Luther King Day;
Presidents’ Day; Good Friday; Easter Sunday; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; and Christmas Day.
