New Brazilian airline orders 36 Embraer 195 jets

 Embraer confirmed the contract with a new still unnamed Brazilian airline for the sale of 36 Embraer 195 jets. The new company is led by JetBlue founder David Neeleman.

The airline registered a request for an airline company certificate of approval with the CAA Brasil this month. Marketing activities will commence soon, Embraer said.

Does anyone know more about this deal? Any rumours from where the new airline will mainly operate from?
