I am soon finished with my ATPL theory course and about to apply with airlines for a First Officer position. If I wanted to join Ryanair, what would be the best way to proceed? Apply directly with them or via a training organisation?

Ryanair is not everyones favourite airline. If you are looking for a job in Europe and 200-300 hours TT in your logbook, any other company you would recommend to start your career?

Thanks so much for your advice.

Try to attend one of their open days. More info on the Ryanair website:

Other options: EZY cadet scheme....

Other choices would be Flybe or Netjets. If you have trained at Oxford, these two companies will look at you almost guaranteed.

I think CAE in Amsterdam has a deal with Ryanair too. Not sure though whether that applies to cadets too.

Suddenly, nothing happened again!
