UA grounds B777 fleet

UA is grounding its B777 fleet...this is what the press says:

United Airlines grounds its fleet of all 52 Boeing 777 jets after failing to make required checks of the planes’ fire-suppression system. "United will not operate these aircraft until the tests are complete. So far, the carrier has canceled 28 of its 84 daily 777 departures," an airline spokeswoman, Megan McCarthy said on Wednesday.


This sounds like someone screwed up big time...Does anyone know for how long they will ground 'em?
