 The oil price does not stop short of India. How much has it affected so far the airlines' hiring status? Please post names of any Indian Airline currently still recruiting.

 Dear fellow aviators in India

A few months ago it was the oil price, now its the financial crisis. Whats the situation for airlines currently in India? What is your advice for wannabe pilots from India or those who want to go to India and fly there?

 Hi.
As far as I know Air India is looking for B777 DEC.
Check: http://www.nexgen-aviation.com/
Jet Airways has recently hired some ATR Captains.
Other than that it looks pretty bleak afaik!!
