Requirements to fly in India

 Hi folks,
I am thinking about applying for a position with one of the airlines in India. I hold a JAR ATPL licence. What are the requirements to convert a licence? Do I have to take all the ATPL exams again or do I get my licence validated? Many thanks for your replies.
