From wind to renewable jet fuel

Dr. David Doty is a scientist and has been working over the last few years intensively on a new project which makes it possible to produce synthetic liquid fuel from waste CO2, wind and water.
His new fuel production process produces those fuels at a very competitive rate.

Thats of course a pretty bold claim and how can we be sure that his principle works. Dr. Doty says, the concept has been vetted by many other scientists and engineers and that the concept has been tested using sophisticated computer modeling.

His website can be reached at http://windfuels.com

The process uses electricity and as long as this electricity is produced from non-renewable rescources, the fuels cannot be called carbon neutral. But what is certainly interesting is that waste CO2 is used to produce the fuel. That alone would reduce CO2 emissions greatly.

Whats your view on this?
