Executive Jet Management interview

 I am seeking any information on the interview process for Executive Jet Management in Cincinnati. Thus far I understand it is a one day process, but know little else. Any help is appreciated

 If I remember correctly I've read once that the interview is splitted into two parts, one with the owner and one with their pilots.

Found also some info in another forum that EJM likes to play the 'if' games.
Apparently many questions are related to performance planning...TERPS....
