Australian Airline cancels route for lack of crew

fliteadmin Board SFO Administrator Moderator registered since: 26.12.2006 Posts: 243	The largest independent regional airline in Australia, Regional Express (Rex), has announced that it will cancel one of the routes due to a pilots shortage. To counteract the shortage, Rex has started its own Flight Training Academy. Managing Director Geoff Beust called on the major airlines to follow the example of Rex and to start training their own pilots instead of poaching them from regional airlines. flightwork.com - International Pilot Network
