Whats better? Training abroad or in India?

 Dear aviators

I have received many CVs from Indian pilots who have done their training in the US or CAN. Can someone help me to understand why this is so? Is the training overseas of better quality? Does it raise the chance to be hired back home?

Just curious. Thanks in advance.
