coffeeplease Board FO Moderator registered since: 31.10.2007 Posts: 66	Air France - KLM has finally entered the deal with AZ and owns now 25% of its shares. The remaining 70% of shares are held by 25 Italian Investors, called the Italian Air Company. What an innovative name!! The new and much slimmer airline is a merge between the profitable sections of AZ and Air One. The new Alitalia has 148 aircraft compared with 173 in the old fleet, and about 12,500 workers, down from more than the previous 23,500 combined total from the old Alitalia and Air One.
