What does it cost to submit jobs?
30 Euros. Half of the fee will be donated to 'Aviation without Borders', a reputable UK charity providing humanitarian assistance through aviation services irrespective of politics, religion, race or nationality. Donations are made on a yearly basis and published on this website.
The subscription including unlimited submission and editing of job records is valid for 12 months.
How can I pay respectively donate for my CV upload?
Payments can be made easily and safely with PayPal using a credit card. It is not required to have a PayPal account when transferring the fee. After submitting your jobs, press the 'Pay/Donate' button to send the money via the PayPal website. 50% of your transaction is donated to the UK charity 'Aviation without Borders'.

I would like to extend the time the ad is shown online. What do I need to do?
After you have logged in, follow the online instructions to edit your job posting. In the mask where you can edit the fields of the ad, look for the field where you can enter a new expiry date for the job posting.
I would like to delete my job posting. Is this possible?
Yes, job postings can be deleted anytime. To do so, you need to login. Follow the online instructions until you are asked to enter the reference number of the job posting. Alternatively you can also just press the 'Search' button without entering a reference number and all your jobs will be listed. Click on the link (reference number, not the 'Modify'-button) and your ad will appear. On the menu line on the top or bottom of the ad, click the 'hide' button first, then click the waste bin symbol. Done!
Can I make changes to my job submissions?
Yes you can. Simply log in with your username and password and follow the online instructions. If you see some webcode within the ad text, then this is the code used to make your ad to appear nicely, e.g. for bold text. Just ignore it and make your textual changes where necessary. Then save it.
Note: If you want to view all your jobs, simply press the 'Search' button without entering a job reference number.
I have submitted my aviation job. What happens next?
Your submission will be reviewed and if necessary the layout will be adjusted for correct apperance online. If you have submitted links (e.g. to your company website or e-mail addresses), these links will be activated. We usually also add your company logo if available. Thereafter you will receive an e-mail from us, confirming payment and submission (usually within 48 hours).
Who can submit Aviation Jobs?
If you hold a corporate account with the International Pilots Network, you are invited to submit any aviation job openings you might have. Whether its a pilot job or a position for Ground Personnel, your job posting is welcome on our network. And the best of it all: It comes at a very low fee which helps not only your business but also people in need (we donate half of the income to a reputable UK aviation charity).
