Minimum Requirements:

500+ hours PIC on type

Current on type within 15 months

3000+ hours total time

Valid/current ATPL issued from a country that has diplomatic relations with the Peoples Republic of China

Valid passport issued by a country that has diplomatic relations with the Peoples Republic of China

Valid/current Class A (First Class) Medical

No history of incidents or accidents. Must provide a letter from your current/previous employer.

ICAO Level 4 (or equivalent) English proficiency

No criminal history. Must provide a notarized and authenticated proof of no criminal history document from your home country government AND the government of the country you reside (if applicable)

No limitations on type rating

Maximum age 55

Domicile: Shenzhen, China

Contract Term: 3 year initial / Renewable

Normal Agreement (Live in China)

Base Salary is $141,000USD / year (net). $11,750USD / month (net)

Agreement Completion Bonus - $30,000USD (paid at end of contract)

Monthly Flight Hour Bonus - $115USD / hour over 80 hours

Annual Flight Hour Bonus- $80USD / hour over 850 hours. This is in addition to the monthly overtime

Choice to fly on personal days at Overtime Rate ($115/hr) *Note - monthly flight hours will be limited by company policy and/or CAAC regulations whichever is less*

Hard Days Off - At least 112 days per year

Paid Personal Leave - 30 Days

Sick Leave - 7 Days

Discounted Travel - Unlimited FREE standby tickets on Shenzhen Airlines

Loss of Medical protection - 6000RMB / month up to 6 months

International School Subsidy of $1,000USD / month for crewmembers with children
