The Ryanair European Pilots Association has launched a new website at http://www.repaweb.org/
With the re-launch of the website, the association hopes to unify enough pilots to be able to be a counter-weight to the management of Ryanair. Will they succeed?

Statements like
...'The time has come..'
...'stand up an fight'
...'wee need everyone'
...'this is the time'
...'only a fight will get us out'
...'you only have to succeed once'

can be found in many forums among RYR and other pilots. But will this be enough? Looking at similar cases in other airlines chances are that things might improve a bit, but don't expect a 4 day on 4 day off roster. Possible obstacles to succeed:

- Public image of RYR is low (unless you are a FR shareholder)
- Not enough FR union pilots in key resp. management positions of the company
- RYR is not a career airline, high fluctuation

What you think guys? How much can the RYR conditions improve?
