What does it cost to submit jobs?
Job postings are free and and the number of jobs you can post is unlimited. If you are interested to support us, consider making a donation. Donations exceeding the costs for our server infrastructure are donated to a reputable charity.
- I would like to extend the time the ad is shown online. What do I need to do?
After you have logged in, follow the online instructions to edit your job posting. In the mask where you can edit the fields of the ad, look for the field where you can enter a new expiry date for the job posting.
- I would like to delete my job posting. Is this possible?
Yes, job postings can be deleted anytime. To do so, you need to login. Follow the online instructions until you are asked to enter the job title. Alternatively you can also just press the 'Search' button without entering the job title and all your jobs will be listed. Click on the link (the job title, not the 'Modify'-button) and your ad will appear. On the menu line on the top or bottom of the ad, click the 'hide' button first, then click the waste bin symbol. Done!
- Can I make changes to my job submissions?
Yes you can. Simply log in with your username and password and follow the online instructions. If you see some webcode within the ad text, then this is the code used to make your ad to appear nicely, e.g. for bold text. Just ignore it and make your textual changes where necessary. Then save it.
Note: If you want to view all your jobs, simply press the 'Search' button without entering a job title.
- I have submitted my aviation job. What happens next?
Your submission will be reviewed and if necessary the layout will be adjusted for correct apperance online. If you have submitted links (e.g. to your company website or e-mail addresses), these links will be activated. We usually also add your company logo if available. Thereafter you will receive an e-mail from us, confirming the submission (usually within 48 hours).
- Who can submit Aviation Jobs?
If you hold a corporate account with the International Pilots Network, you are invited to submit any aviation job openings you might have. Whether you post pilot jobs or a position for ground personnel, your job posting is welcome on our network. And the best of it all: It 's free!
